My dress was perfect! Aug 07, 2010 I ordered the 50's Rockabilly Satin Dot Halter dress for a costume party but it's nice enough to wear out too. I went by the size chart provided by the seller and the size worked out perfectly. I noticed a couple of the reviews said the dress fit really snug in the bust but that wasn't the case for me. Everything was just right. Very cute!
Great dress after getting it altered Jul 29, 2010 I ordered this dress according to the size measurements. It fit perfect everywhere except the bust, but this is how dresses normally fit me since my chest is proportionately small for my body. I took it to a tailor and he took it in on the sides and in the front, and now it's perfect! I was so excited when I put it on, it looked really good. I am wearing it to a wedding this weekend, and I just know I am going to look great! It is shiny, but for a wedding it's ok, but would be overkill as just a regular sundress. I have been looking for a 50's style dress for a long time and I am so glad I found this one!
Crummy Fit and fabric. Jun 28, 2010 The cut on this dress was *quite* off from what was described. I ordered a size larger (as the reviews were saying it was tight in the chest area) and the dress was gigantic on me! I'm not a small woman, nor is my chest, but the cut of this dress was made for a Bcup that would be facing east-west instead of front and center. The fabric was cheap and flimsy, but thankfully it has a lining. Either way, I sent mine back, because this was NOT one flattering, fixable nor even the style depicted... :(

terrible. Dec 30, 2009 I wish i never bought this. I am hourglass shaped, I am 40-24-40 naturally, and I am used to buying bigger sizes to compensate. I got a 2xl to fit my bust, and it barely fit!!! However, the dress was so super loose it looked like a maternity dress. I returned it and got a medium. it fit me perfectly everywhere but my bust was so constricted it left a large red mark after only an hour of wearing it. I hate that i wasted my money on this dress, i regifted it to my cousin. NOT FOR CHESTY WOMEN!!!!!
I Encountered the Opposite of Most Reviews... Nov 04, 2009 Most of the reviews have stated that this dress runs small and advise to order a size bigger than one would normally wear. Being a woman of smaller stature I took this with a grain of salt. Following my gut, I ordered an XS and it was at least a size too big. I had it altered and it now fits beautifully. Very curvy on the waist, gives my cleavage an extra boost with the halter, and the length is perfect. This is for sure a va-va-voom dress. I receive a lot of compliments whenever I wear it. If you normally wear an XS, go with an XS.
