I am so pleased - pleased with this beautiful dress and pleased with the amazing service I received. I ordered this dress and received it promptly. Unfortunately, it was too big and I didn't care for the color. So I wrote the company, they told me how to do an exchange, and they did exactly what they said they would do. They sent out my new dress, in the eggplant color and a smaller size, the very day they received my other dress. I've just received it - today, in fact! - and this dress fits beautifully! And it was only eight days ago that I sent the other dress back.
As far as other comments regarding the sizing and the one review who stated the quality was sub-par, I would have to disagree. In my situation, the size was very true. I ordered a larger size based on the reviews that I read, and it turned out to be too big. My usual size worked perfectly. It doesn't even need shortened. As far as the critical reviewer who stated the quality was not good, I think the quality is very, very good. I'm not one who goes out and buys formalwear very often, but I think the quality is superb. I am very, very happy with it!
All in all, this has turned out to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. I was all over in bridal stores and department stores looking for a dress. I didn't want to spend $400 or more on a dress that I won't wear very often, and this dress is the most beautiful of any I have seen in my months of looking for a dress. I'm very grateful I found this dress and this company!

This could be a gorgeous dress if it was made with quality material and workmanship. Looks great from a distance, but too many flaws close up. It was made in China, and it just does not even come close to my expectations based on other dresses I tried on and/or saw in department stores. I was very dissappointed. I thought about taking it to a seamstress to see if it could be improved/fixed somehow, but decided not to waste any more money.

This dress is very nice and is different than anything I saw in our local stores. It is very comfortable. Order one size larger that what you normally wear.
I usually wear a medium but had to exchange this dress for a large.
