I bought this dress for my daugher she is usually a size 5/6 -7/8 we measured very carefully per the instructions and size chart provided by Fairytales. Unfortunately the dress was too small and could not be zipped. Other than that, it is a beautiful dress and a great price. My big reason for giving it only 3 stars is that when you start the return process, fairytales requires a 20% restocking fee. So on top of the shipping and handling fees both ways this dress cost us over 50$ just to try on. That would have been good information know before we purchased the dress. I don't think I would take that type of gamble.

Contrary to some people who have had a bad experience with US Fairytales, I have nothing to complain about. Last year, I ordered four dresses for my bridesmaids in sizes 4,6,8, and 10 and all of them fit perfectly, true to the size chart, none of them did alterations. I had to exchange one dress because my bridesmaid didn't get the measurements correctly and the customer service was attentive to this problem; I exchanged the dress long after their return/exchange policy was up. This year I ordered the dress for myself - size 4 runs a little bit large in the bust (I am 32, should be 33 for size 4); also, it is long (I am 5'5 + 4 inch heels) but I won't hem it, just get higher heels. Beautiful dress, great price, I am thrilled to wear it this summer!
