I used the size chart to order the dress. When it arrived, the box was just about destroyed and the coathanger the dress was on was broken into several pieces (can't blame the company for that - but I don't believe the box was very sturdy to begin with). I tried the dress on but it was just a couple of inches shy of zipping up all the way up. There was no packing slip in the box and I had to go through Amazon in order to initiate a return. The return process was relatively simple after I made contact with a company representative. When trying to return the dress I found out that this particular company has a 20% re-stocking fee. I am still not sure if that is just if you change your mind about a product or if the product doesn't fit. I was unable to exchange the dress because the size I ordered was the largest one they made.

I received my dress today (Friday) and I ordered it Wednesday evening. Super fast shipping!!! I ordered my dress in white for our Church Blessing and it's so beautiful and prefect for our event. I can't wait to wear it. Great design, great quality and looks amazing on!
