Disappointed Jan 14, 2010
By R. Duca The jacket was a good price. Beware of the measurements though, I am fairly petite and after reading previous reviews I decided to change to a bigger size.... even the bigger size is a bit small. The jacket is very thin and unlined. I purchased it to wear with my wedding dress. It will work for the purpose but it is not what I was expecting. The sleeves of the jacket are more true to a 3/4 sleeve. Also, it was shipped in a very thin envelope and came to me via USPS, I also live it Oregon where it is fairly rainy, this packaging does not protect from the weather. Please be advised as well that if you have to contact their customer service via telephone, they are not very friendly. Bottom Line- This jacket will serve its purpose, but I wish I would have purchased something better elsewhere.

Pleased Dec 01, 2009

"happy to be"
I was impressed with the quick shipping speed. I expected this Jacket to be lined, but it's not. When it came, I had to send it back and get a bigger size than I normally would. Also, the sleeves come un-hemmed. It's good if you want them a certain length, but it's a bit annoying to have to hem them your self. Also, the sleeves aren't full length either, they are more like 3/4 sleeves...

scrap of fabric - worthless Sep 01, 2010
By dnr This is just a scrap of fabric! NOT worth the $25 + shipping! I had to take it to my tailor to get the sleeves taken in, as they are not fitted + just stick straight out from your arm, making you look like a linebacker. The "jacket" is NOT lined either. The tailor told me that for the price I paid + shipping + alterations, he could have made me a nice, tailored, lined, fitted jacket of better material. I had to get this as a last minute desperate attempt to cover my tattoos for a black-tie donor event for my work or else I would have sent it back in a heart beat!

Loved it but too small Nov 07, 2010
By Karin Couture I ordered this jacket to go over the strapless satin formal dress I ordered. I got the highest size they had because I have large arms. I agree with the other posters... this jacket is very VERY small in the arms. I think it would have been perfect if it had fit. I loved the texture and the unhemmed sleeves were not a problem for me. I normally wear a size 1X but I do have large arms so I ordered the largest size they had, a 3X. It barely went halfway up my arm. I thought about trying to get it altered but it would have to be taken out WAY too much. If you normally wear a medium or large then you should go up 2 or 3 sizes if you order this. If you are plus size, I would order something else.

cheap quality Oct 24, 2010
By N. Rubin Based on other reviews, I ordered up one size. This size was right for me. Unfortunately when I received the item, as mentioned before,it had sleeves that were finished with a seam at the opening but not folded; like the finishing was an afterthought. On top of that I felt the length and shape of the sleeves were awkward. Its price isn't that high but I didn't feel it was even worth that. The company was quick in shipping my order and this piece served its purpose (worn with my bridesmaid dress).
