Bought this dress and the Prom Formal that is similar for my daughter to try for a wedding. She needed the XL. This is a very nice dress for the price, especially after trying on several $150 and $200 dresses at the mall that all looked horrible. On my daughter's figure this wasn't super flattering as it has quite a bit of fabric gathered below the bust. Also the pleats over the bust made her look even bigger. That being said, I thought it looked OK. she wouldn't wear it though. I think it would work for a variety of shaped people, but it is probably best on a slim person. Nice dress.

We ordered this dress for my little sister (an upcoming freshman) for homecoming this year. She's a tiny little thing - 4'11" with a 24 waist and a 29 bust. This looks great on her! We ordered the eggplant color and it's very pretty, shimmery but not cheap. It comes with a cute chiffon shawl of the same color. There are a couple of threads poking out of the back, but scissors make them disappear ;] All it needs a good pressing and it's ready for wear. The shipping was fast, too. Great for the price; though I don't think it would look as good on people with curves, but I recommend the company highly!

I recommend this for people with smaller curves.
