 Very pleased Bride-to-Be in CA Jun 29, 2010
I decided to take a chance on this dress because it looked simply elegant in the photo. When I ordered it, and received my online receipt and it said I chose 'Burgundy' when I was sure I had chosen 'Ivory with a black sash'. I called immediately the next morning, and they fixed it right away before it was shipped, with no added charges! Wonderful customer service. I received my order the next day, with TWO sashes! Ivory and Black. The dress fits wonderfully and makes me look slimmer, and isn't bulky or heavy, which will help during my summer evening wedding. The dress does look like it could be slightly see-through from the belly button down when I tried it on, but that is easily remedied with a slip purchased at any clothing store with an undergarment section- so not at all a big deal. Or if you are a larger girl, like myself; a stomach cincher of the same color. Two birds with one stone. I have a larger bust, and the top is a little tight, but I imagine that is because it's strapless and needs to be able to hold on. Strapless bra-cups will most likely fix this issue, as will the optional spaghetti straps that come with the purchase-so no real complaints about that. It does rustle a bit when you move, but not at all loudly or crinkly. Just a soft swishing. Most, if not all, of the negative reviews complain about this, but considering the dress is 'Taffeta', it makes their complaint void, in my opinion. I think the rustling is actually a 'charming' effect to this dress, and, I find it a rather pleasant sound. All-in-all, it's a wonderful dress that I am very happy with, and it will make my wedding day, even more special. =))

Dress is light and easy to move around in, I loved the option of taking off the ribbon. The skirts due need a slip or a petticoat unless you don't mind your undergarments showing through.

I ordered this dress for my first Army Ball, and I absolutely loved it! I had it expedited shipped and got it the day of the ball. It was perfect right out of the box! Thank goodness! Some people said it makes noise when you walk, and it does, but its not a big deal when your in a room full of people or just sitting at a table. I ordered the black dress and wore it with the white tie. Its a perfect fit, mainly because of it being corsetted. I plan on wearing it to many more Army events, esp if I lose weight or gain it it'll fit no matter what. Hope this is helpful.

We bought two dresses and returned one without any problem. The dress my daughter chose for her prom looked fantastic. The fabric isn't the best quality and it did make scrunchy noises - but for a one time event where money was a concern - it was perfect! FYI: It can be bought a little large because of the lacing in the back.

I bought the Navy Blue dress for my upcoming vow renewal. It came 3 days after I ordered it and it was in good condition. What fast delivery service. The dress is absolutely beautiful, fits perfectly and I can't wait to wear it. I'm going to add some bling on the dress but other than that, it's good to go. What's really nice is the seller gave a 10% off of the next purchase. I will certainly use that certificate. Dress is perfect, though I am going to have the straps sewn and I cant' wait to repeat my vows looking absolutely stunning in this dress.
